My real estate career began after retiring from a 22-year career in the United States Air Force, graduating from the Commander School of Real Estate, and passing the State of Florida Real Estate Licensing. My accreditations include, Graduate School Institutes (GRI) designation Degree, Council of Residential Specialist (CRS), e-Pro, Short Sales Foreclosure designation, and Accredited Buyer Representative designations. I have also attained my Brokers license in 2004 and e-Pro certification 2011. The first 8 years of my career were spent in property management and as a full-time assistant to one of the company’s top producers.
As a reinterred Air Force Master Sargent, I understand the difficulty in military moves and want to make it as painless as possible.
I have also served as a Director of the Bay County Board of REALTORS, as well as being on the Grievance Committee, professional Standards, and MLS committees.

I have sold bank owned properties have firsthand experience in property management, and am current on the local and state statutes regarding eviction, property preservation and personal property disposal.
I do quite a bit of Brokers Price opinions, competitive market analyses and property condition reports for many different companies engaged valuations for Short, sales, valuations, and loss claims.
