My journey in real estate began after a 22-year tenure in the United States Air Force. I graduated from the Commander School of Real Estate and obtained my State of Florida Real Estate License. My credentials include a Graduate School Institutes (GRI) designation, Council of Residential Specialist (CRS) certification, e-Pro, Short Sales Foreclosure designation, and Accredited Buyer Representative designations. I earned my broker’s license in 2004 and completed my e-Pro certification in 2011. The initial eight years of my career were focused on property management and serving as a full-time assistant to one of the top producers in my company.
As a retired Air Force Master Sergeant, I fully understand the complexities surrounding military relocations and aim to make the process as seamless as possible.
I have also held the position of Director of the Bay County Board of REALTORS and have been actively involved in the Grievance Committee, Professional Standards Committee, and MLS committees.
While my focus is on Bay County homes, I also engage in listing and selling condominiums, commercial businesses, and land. I have extensive experience with bank-owned properties and maintain expertise in property management, staying current with local and state regulations related to eviction, property preservation, and the disposal of personal property.
I perform numerous Broker Price Opinions, competitive market analyses, and property condition reports for various companies involved in valuations for short sales, valuations, and loss claims. I am a proud member of the Bay County Association of REALTORS®, which serves Bay, Washington, Holmes, Jackson, and Calhoun Counties, and I have access to the Franklin and Gulf Counties Board of REALTORS® as well as the Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS®, covering Walton County.
