As a dedicated Realtor in Florida since my retirement from the Air Force in 1999, I primarily serve the 324XX zip range. I have been associated with Century 21 Commander Realty, Inc., which has proudly served the Panhandle of Florida for over 50 years. My extensive Florida real estate experience includes REO transactions starting in 2000. In addition to working with residential properties such as homes, condominiums, land, and commercial sales, I am also skilled in property preservation and repair bids.

My qualifications in the Florida real estate market feature Floyd Wickman's Sweathogs training, a Graduate School Institutes (GRI) designation, Council of Residential Specialist (CRS), e-Pro certification, Short Sales Foreclosure designation, and Accredited Buyer Representative designations. I obtained my Broker's license in 2004 and earned my e-Pro certification in 2011. Additionally, I am a Florida Notary. In the initial 8 years of my real estate career, I focused on property management and worked as a full-time assistant to one of the top producers in the company.

I have actively contributed to the real estate community by serving on the Board of Directors for the Central Panhandle Association of Realtors, the Grievance Committee, and the Professional Standards and Multiple Listing System Committee.
